I haven't shopped in person at a Leslie's store but I wanted to leave a review somewhere about their company's excellent customer service. I ordered a high end/expensive replacement cover for our hot tub. Upon delivery the box had been beat to hell during shipping and there were holes in the top and bottom of the cover from the shipping damage. I take pool water to get checked and they tell me exactly what I need to do to get my pool at the right balance. I like that I get my chemicals there and I get a print out of what I need to get it right. I can buy the chemicals elsewhere if I want since I know what I need however I usually buy them from Leslie’s Pool as their prices are competitive. I needed a new robotic pool cleaner at the end of the season last year and there it is cleaning my beautifully clear pool.
