We spent hundreds of dollars on their “recommendations” and nothing worked. We went to another local pool store and immediately our pool cleared up. Seems like the recommendations they provide are so we keep having to buy more products. Terrible.
It was a really bad experience. They were unable or unwilling to work with the home warranty company, despite being signed up to work for them and agreeing to an appointment through them. Even before the appointment, they kept insisting on the phone I had an electric pool heater when I had a gas heater on the phone (and they didn't even see my unit).
