The Palm Desert store is absolutely the worst for customer service! I’m not sure you could have anyone who more obviously dislikes his job. When you walk in the store, you feel like a major inconvenience especially if you want your water tested- you get heavy sighs, attitude and eye rolls. It is always the same fellow that my husband and I see there. I hate to have to drive to La Quinta every time but it’s becoming worth it. They are great at that store. I wanted to update my review. Helped me understand the water situation in the area to best treat my family's pool. Quick results for the water test I brought in. Thoroughly explained the test results. Theprintoutt made it super easy to fix the pool problems. I'm happy they had a tool I was missing for cleaning the filters. They helped me get my pool back on track. Thank you!
Rob was amazing today helping me with my pool vacuum. It was stuck and he was able to unclog it for me. He is very knowledgeable, answered my questions and directed me on exactly what I needed and gave me options. He was kind, considerate, and once I made my purchase, he helped me to my car. Highly recommend this location and especially Rob!
