The Palm Desert store is absolutely the worst for customer service! I’m not sure you could have anyone who more obviously dislikes his job. When you walk in the store, you feel like a major inconvenience especially if you want your water tested- you get heavy sighs, attitude and eye rolls. It is always the same fellow that my husband and I see there. I hate to have to drive to La Quinta every time but it’s becoming worth it. They are great at that store.
I have been shopping at Leslie's pools over 20 years. The Palm Desert store is the worst customer service. After five years not going there I tried it again today and nothing has changed. Piss poor customer service.
