I have been learning to help my husband take care of our pool and the staff at this store has always been so incredibly kind and patient helping me with everything from understanding a water test and what chemicals are needed to helping me figure out what I needed and how to fix the tires on our pool vac. It’s nice to have a store close by that doesn’t feel intimidating to go and ask questions.

Always have good experience with the staff at this store every one there is nice and try to be helpful, but today was the third time in row I went in for some pretty standard Hayward parts orings, cleaner parts etc and they were out of stock. Each time I have then proceeded to drive over to Sun Devil pools and not only did they have multiples of the parts I needed in stock, but they didn't even need to look them up. They just grabbed the exact parts I needed off the wall.

They don't open the doors at the advertised time. Twice now, I've shown up 10 minutes after opening and the doors were locked.

I called this store location to inquire about product availability, was asked if I wanted those items placed aside. Arrived at the store to pick the products I needed for my pool, Julie the store manager not only had my items set aside, she also had the purchase total ready in the system, awaiting my payment. Superb customer service! Would highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
