Leslie's store everywhere have one thing in common and that is they will always find something wrong in your pool water and have something to sell to fix that problem, and this is when other pool supply stores will tell you that your pool water is fine. Oh and they do that being very friendly, courteous to appear honest. Give it a try and see it yourself.
Glenn and Peter are very knowledgeable about poor products.
They never seem to have parts that I need in stock and aren't willing to help me find them. I had to do an internet search to find them. Twice they lost a sale from me to some other company. Had they just spent 5 minutes they could have kept a customer. I'll go elsewhere from now on.
The staff at Leslie’s is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. A piece of our pool skimmer cover got broken form being exposed to direct sunlight over the years. The team at Leslie’s knew exactly what I needed and pointed me in the right direction. We found the correct piece in a matter of minutes. They got me back in the water with a new cover. Thank you Leslie’s for excellent customer service.
