The customer service at this Venice Florida Leslie's is absolutely outstanding. The owner went out of his way to help us with an equipment issue, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable throughout our visit. It’s rare to find a business that truly prioritizes helping people and provides such honest expert advice. We are so grateful for their help—this is definitely our go-to pool store from now on! Guy with white goatee was extremely agitated that I needed my water tested. Cussing and very unprofessional. Will go elsewhere for pool supplies.
Very honest and helpful. I work in the pool industry doing leaks- Aquadoctor Leak Detection- and i came in this leslies to check for a part. The guy working the counter was extremely honest and truthful with the customer in front of me about the availability and cost of waiting for their repair crew vs doing it himself. Its too common to see especially large chain stores selling their service and discouraging DIY so this was refreshing to see and at a big chain like Leslies! Good on them
