I live in EDH and literally pass this one to go to a further location, due to the lack of customer service. This last time I knew better, but I still wanted to give them a shot. The kid at the counter is a nice kid but does not speak English well and does not know much about pools. I asked him about DE cellulose fiber, and you would have thought I asked him to calculate the speed of light. That's when I left and just went down the street like I usually do. How this is a "pro" store blows my mind....
Very knowledgeable and helpful. Free testing and results with instructions make pool care easy.
Much better then the one in s. Springs
Service there was horrible. The worker there was half asleep and when I asked a question. He moaned and said I don’t know maybe over there.
