Hello, I would like to share a concern regarding repeated poor customer service at your EDH Leslie’s Pool Pro store. Each time I visit, the employee (gentlemen with black hair and gotie at the front counter appears to have just woken up from the back room and shows little interest in assisting customers. Instead of helping resolve my needs during the visit, he repeatedly tries to push me to “come back another day,” even for simple questions or purchases that should be handled on the spot.
