I went in today needing to replace a small part of my sweep, and Brandon, who helped me, not only found the part I needed, but showed that the $30-ish dollar part I was asking for was actually 2 pieces, and I only needed to buy one part of it, saving me time, money, and avoiding some plastic waste. This is why I continue coming into the store, rather than shopping online.
If you wait in a long line for 15 minutes and you want help with something heavy put in your trunk after you pay you'll have to wait for the line to clear! Anybody that's been in there knows that one customer can take can sometimes take 5-10 minutes and there were several and what about after they're gone and there's more customers how long am I supposed to wait again to be served to be helped after I already waited in a long line. Brandon The general manager is always punctual and has everything ready to go for me when needed. You can tell he takes pride in his work and I always make sure that the customer or pool Guy is happy with what we need. He knows how to train his employees to make sure they can take care of us as well when he is busy.
Worst service I’ve ever experienced anywhere let alone a store where support is needed. I think the girl helping me wanted nothing to do with the pool business or anyone bothering her. Validates my Amazon pool supply business which I am much more happy with. BTW, I have been supporting this business for over 20 years but now 100% on line hate to say. Wish we had more local businesses that cares about our business and keep sales in our community.
