I had a very good experience and really liked the store. The young man who helped me explained my pool water test very well and answered all my questions. He has great customer service skills and was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend this store.
The worst service I have ever experienced. I went in as a first time pool owner had my pool water tested. I was told i had to wait to speak to James. I was very patient even though 3 customers had come in after me, James helped b4 me. When James finally did come over he was very rude, told me he would have to help other customers first, I am sorry what was I (not a customer) and acted like he didn't care if he made a new customer or not. I love this place! The 2 older managers are WONDERFUL!! I drive over an hour just to see them every year. They KNOW pool's, they always know exactly what is wrong and how to fix it.
James and Sean do just a great job... very knowledgeable.
Poor service with no skilled workers.
