We’ve been visiting this pool store for a long time and have never had any issues—until our most recent visit. On this occasion, our paperwork listed “Alexis” as the employee who assisted us. We stopped in with our dogs, as we normally do, since this is a dog-friendly store. When we arrived, Alexis was in the back. The manager, Harleigh, is pleasant to work with. Very knowledgeable, always has a great attitude and a smile on her face. That's rare to come by these days.
Fantastic service, no pressure to buy anything I don't need, and a smile and have a nice day if all I need is a test run. I just bought a set of 4 filters for 200 on sale and am grateful for not having to order online.
