Had an item that I ordered online from Leslie's that both the box and item were damaged. Went to this location to return or exchange. They told me they were unable to help me, as it would take too long to look up an online order and that I should come back another day. That was after waiting in line behind 3 other people. I have a 10000 gallon above ground pool with a diatomaceous earth filter and a Hayward 1hp pump. My pump died on me and I was going to order a new one from dohenys but Leslie’s had one in stock and gave me a better price than dohenys. The pump was a perfect replacement and I had the filter system back up in no time. I really appreciate the great staff they have there they are very helpful always.

The employee is very knowledgeable and helped us with managing our water chemical balance needs.
Kafari is the best retail employee/pool expert I have worked with at any pool store or company. He spent a lot of time trying to help me fix a broken vacuum attachment and went above and beyond to try and find the part that may not actually be manufactured anymore. He was kind and calmly tried to help other customers quickly check out as the store was very busy. Even when customers were rude to him, he was polite and helpful.
