The employee is very knowledgeable and helped us with managing our water chemical balance needs.
Kafari is the best retail employee/pool expert I have worked with at any pool store or company. He spent a lot of time trying to help me fix a broken vacuum attachment and went above and beyond to try and find the part that may not actually be manufactured anymore. He was kind and calmly tried to help other customers quickly check out as the store was very busy. Even when customers were rude to him, he was polite and helpful. They have pretty much taught me how to take care of my pool. Great staff. Super helpful to new pool owners. Got my pool to 100% by the last test of the year but I did it lol.
End of season and as usual their calibration of their water testing machine wasn’t good. Souderton store is newer and more accuate than Montgomeryville's. This location seemed to be light on inventory for the last couple of months. People are friendly and helpful, knowledgeable too, so can't fault them for ownership's decions on poorly maintained equipment and stocking shortfalls.
