Manager Judy really puts the customer first. Not only takes care of my stuff but have heard her many times while helping others not only fix thier problems but save them money. To her it seems that it is not about trying to sell the customer a ton of stuff one time but to build a relationship and help them for years

I went into Leslie Pool Mart Last week It was crowded but they still after dealing with some very rude customers had the time to treat me with respect and answer all my questions even though I did not buy anything that day I have to give them respect for having only three or two people working there at the time and still being respectful to me even when It was apparent I was not going to buy anything. I think they did a good Job . thank you Leslie pool Mart .

I bought a very large above ground pool. I was told by the manager it was 5 foot high - It was not. That it did not have the support beams holding up the pool sides - it did. They had a lot of problems checking me out. The manager is nice but she doesn't know enough about the pools she sells. I had no idea the assistant manager was a manager because he was so unprofessional. Again, he was nice but is in desperate need of language and customer service skills. I will never shop here again.
