Called in for help with my pool heater, Ivy was very helpful.
Just bought a house with a huge pool... No idea where to start and they walked us through all our water samples and how to fix the issues the report had. Luckily they weren't busy and they were able to spend plenty of time explaining things to us and how things will change as the weather warms up. Pricing is on track with Amazon as well, and I have product in my hand same day
Still my favorite Leslie's location even though they don't have the massive selection you see at other locations. The customer service is on point. Honest and straightforward, even if they're not trying to sell ya somethin'. Big shout-out to Allen for always on being patient and pleasant with all customers no matter what their mood is.
