Do they have the necessary work experience at Leslie? I had a negative experience with the pool attendant, Kathy. She was not very helpful and seemed to have an attitude. I felt like she didn’t know what to do or didn’t understand how to solve the problem. I wish there were more employees like Lee, who took the time to explain things to me yesterday.Kathy gave me the wrong product instead of alkalinity she gave me soda ash and messed up all my levels..
