Don't be fooled by "FREE INSTALLATION " buyer BEWARE!! I just spent $9,500 on upgrading my pool equipment in Mansfield, Texas, on a free installation promo. I did everything through Leslie. This has been the absolute WORST experience of my life! The tech, some guy named Harry, showed up a day before the install to do an evaluation. I know the in store water testing is a luxury, but it ridiculous that their machine has been down for over a month.
I had my Polaris repaired at this Leslie's location. I had my Polaris back and in working order by the next day. I was only charged for parts. Less than 25.00. Lee had my Polaris running great. Thank for Lee and the other employees for friendly and fast service.
Elizabeth is an exceptional asset to Leslie Pool, south 360. She is very knowledgeable and takes time to help you understand what your pool, may or may not need. I so appreciate her!!
