Do they have the necessary work experience at Leslie? I had a negative experience with the pool attendant, Kathy. She was not very helpful and seemed to have an attitude. I felt like she didn’t know what to do or didn’t understand how to solve the problem. I’d like to sincerely thank Lee for the time and care he put into my robot. His dedication and professionalism made all the difference. On top of that, this store offers some of the best pool maintenance and product sales I’ve come across. They always provide knowledgeable advice with excellent customer service. Highly recommended!
Don't be fooled by "FREE INSTALLATION " buyer BEWARE!! I just spent $9,500 on upgrading my pool equipment in Mansfield, Texas, on a free installation promo. I did everything through Leslie. This has been the absolute WORST experience of my life! The tech, some guy named Harry, showed up a day before the install to do an evaluation.
