I had a tech stop out to give an estimate for full replacement of the heater / pump / filter. All and all like $9500. I’m about to spend $9500 so of course I asked to have an itemized receipt emailed and they texted me a picture of some hand drawn scribbles on a piece of paper and said it was the estimate and that’s the best they could do. It’s 2024 and they botched a 10k job because nobody that works there can work a computer. Clown shoes 🤡
