They didn’t have what I needed plus they pretty much wouldn’t me walk around and look. They stood a few feet from me and followed me around. Had the impression they were concerned I was going to shop lift. I just left the store and have no intention of returning.
Very knowledgeable staff. Helped me with a stubborn algae problem.
They put a new part on my daughter’s pool that was defective , I had pooled filled and part broke . They were supposed to replace part a week ago. Still no part water is green . Cost to shock water 300.00 and customer service has not returned phone call. Terrible company I would not recommend them . Collegeville PA store
I have gone to this store a few times. Never a problem. Jamie took great care of me. She spent an hour going over the pump and filter system that I would need to replace the one I had. She went out of her way to double check everything. She was extremely thorough.
This location is very well run and everyone with whom we have spoken is helpful and knowledgeable. A lot of reviews complained about the prices being high, but I recommend reading the labels and finding the percentage of chemicals contained within the products. We have found Leslie’s products to be of better quality than what we have been tempted to buy for a lower price online from other stores (Especially pool shock).
