Terrible customer service. They make every call go through their call service in India. The people on the phone barely speak English and can only follow a strict script. Absolutely useless and a waste of time.
Their return policy is 30 days is even if material is unused. I even showed them credit card and transaction that I used to purchase supplies, they were not willing to budge. I’ve been a loyal customer here for over 2 years and they have made their fair share of money off their over priced pool supplies. Just go to the local pool supplies, they will take care of you. Cheapest and best place to for my pool chemicals and a personnel work just fine Cherry Hill
It’s the beginning of October, so I understand only 1 employee working mid day, mid week. But when I walked into the store all I got was a disembodied “Hey…. can I help you find something?” After looking around for a minute to found out who was actually offering help, I see someone sitting behind a window counter across the store. I asked where a couple things were and I got more shouting of directions on how to find things.
