I had to reduce my star rating on the company after being told by my son (who has enjoyed working there by the way) that even though his hours were cut partially due to the off-season had his hours cut further for a human mistake that could have happened to anyone. ESPECIALLY someone who has worked for going on 2 YEARS straight without paid vacation time. Sure, business is business. But, he's burnt out from no break.
