This used to be a great store when the two older gentlemen were the only two i ever saw there and running it. I was told i need to buy a $250 brand new piece for my pump when all i needed was a new o-ring that cost around $10!!!beware when the younger kids are working they will scam you! I feel i got this treatment because i not only questioned that didn’t make sense and proved him wrong but because i was a female. Not a good look for this store! I bought a Polaris robot pool cleaner. Polaris has Leslie’s listed as pretty much the only authorized repair facility for their cleaners. About a year ago I had to take it in for service and it was at their store for two weeks before I was told that their tests show that nothing is wrong with it, but they can’t actually test it because they don’t have a pool.
