Never have stock items. I always go to this store because it’s close to my house but this is the third time I come and they don’t have what I’m looking for, they say they only have it only the other store. I also came yesterday and the door was lock. Called and kept putting me on hold and hanging up. Bad service.
Great store, but should work on getting better customer service. Nuvia definetly doesnt have communication skills.

I highly recommend this store for all your pool supply needs! The staff, especially the store manager Abby and her assistant, are extremely knowledgeable and always provide great assistance. It's definitely my go-to store!
