I needed a new pool heater and wanted to increase the size from 250 BTU to 400 BTU. I went to the store in Roswell, where I was informed that I needed a site inspection first. I paid about $4,000 and scheduled the inspection. Andrew the store manager was absolutely awesome. While other Leslie Pools could not fix my Polaris, he did it right there on the spot in like 20 minutes. They have a great stock of inventory too, having a unique O-ring that other stores did not have. Two thumbs up!
As a first time homeowner with a pool, Emily & Andrew have been incredibly helpful in aiding proper maintenance and trouble shooting some of the issues I've been having. They've taken time to explain different chemicals thoroughly, and what they do as well as suggestions to combat some of my pools symptoms. Thank you Emily & Andrew- 5 stars all around!
Awesome Leslie’s!! I dropped off my pool cleaner that is under warranty. Andrew communicated with the manufacturer, ordered parts, and fixed it good as new. I’ll t return here for all my pool needs. *** Update - Needed another warranty repair on Polaris robot. Andrew came through AGAIN in short order!
The young lady that's Show us a Polaris. She is very courteous, very knowledgeable. I recommend this place. She is fantastic attitude. Good personality.
