I took a sample of pool water to this company after my child developed a rash from swimming at a B&B in Austin, Texas. The staff tested the water and confirmed that the chemical levels were way off — far too harsh to be safe for swimming. I appreciated that they took the time to explain what the results meant and what likely caused the irritation. When we bought a pool, our designer told us about Leslie's. We have been customers for three years. I use them regularly to test our water and buy all of our chemicals through them. They have been extremely helpful when my pool is out of balance. Great customer care.
