I was told they didn’t have the pvc valves and piping I needed and that I should go to Home Depot. Granted, I got there at 558 pm, 2 minutes before closing on a Friday, so I guess either I shouldn’t have gone so late, or they should change the info about their store stating they had these items. My bad

We have been using this company for 7 years with no issue till recently. They purposefully had us skip stabilizer in the steps we were given instead of give us printed steps like usual. This has caused us to waste a month trying to open our pool as well as hundreds in chemicals that didn’t work. Try hun city pools instead, they won’t rip you off

Looking for a cover that wasn’t a tarp that falls to pieces in a couple years. Safety covers was mentioned but no info on sizes and cost. Just a debate about those are not for above ground pools. I agree they probably were not designed for that but I bet I could still use it as a cover and not have to replace it every one or two years. Of course I know it wouldn’t get installed traditional way for an in ground pool but I just wanted better material.

Been to this store twice for pool parts. They don't have them in stock. Call first, make sure they sale ur model pump and filter or just order off Amazon.
