There is only one person working on cleaners for two stores. The work is free but not worth waiting 3+ weeks for it. The leslie’s company doesn’t care about its customers nor their employees if they’re allowing one single person to deal with all the work. Their current assistant manager doesn’t know much & every other employee acts as if they are new (probably are). Do not waste your time or money on this corporation
Honestly best Leslie store in Houston they go above and beyond, very much appreciate both bill and dani they are so good with people and love to help you. Will definitely come back here.

Terrible service and very rude sales staff! Sorry to bother you guys actual Gal, I thought you were there to help clients! Go to Sienna location as service is very good and staff very friendly
