I am extremely disappointed in the service I received today. I went in for yellow out and I get this every 3 mo ths for my pool. I walked and was rudely asked what are you looking for? I said yellow out she then proceeded to say we dont have any. What wrong with your pool? It's green. Ok this bag of shock will work and I said no it never does with this pool. Asian Lady who works here is unpleasant. Also pushes you to buy more chemicals and additives that you don't need for a salt water pool. She's has no customer service skills and basically mean. Don't go here.
Worst customer service I have ever had. The "twenty something " clerk was verbally abusive and insulting. I suspect it was because I'm a senior citizen and the clerk though I was too stupid to understand. I will never shop there again. Ever.
Very knowledgeable, great customer service, and good prices! Robb went above and beyond to help diagnose a pool/spa problem without automatically selling me a bunch of stuff I may not need. You made a customer for life - thank you!
Terrible customer service. Especially from Rob the store manager. Never greets customers & ignores them until he’s ready to take care of them. Can’t even count the number of times the water testing equipment wasn’t working. Sad, but we will drive to North Port or Port Charlotte for pool water testing & we only live a mile from this store. The stores in North Port & Port Charlotte on Tamiami are wonderful.
