One of the worst companies in this country. Everyone who works for Leslie’s is incompetent and useless. They know nothing about pools, their products or frankly very much at all. I wish there was an option for less than 1 star. Go to island recreational instead, they know what they’re talking about.
Staff was super supportive and helpful with all the questions I had for them! Will definitely be back.
Bought a new filter pump 3 months ago and it stopped working. Had my pool guys come out and they said the motor was bad! Went to Leslie’s and the man there said I could go online or find a dealership that did warranty work for Haywood and bring it there! But the store could do nothing for me! I will never use Leslie’s again and to me this customer service is horrible! Do yourself a favor and don’t deal with this store they don’t stand by the products they sell!
