I’ve been a customer here for last two years since buying a house. Every single time I come in, the workers will go above and beyond trying to figure out/help me with my issues. Far more than expected from a chain pool store. Unbiased opinions. Really fortunate these guys have been working here
Best neighborhood pool store. They do free water test, fix equipment, and have all the pool chemicals and toys you will ever need. Update: Still reliable after all these years.
2 thing. Miles the repair technician was sewed one. 6 stars for him. However he was hampered by parts availability. His district manager, Even came into the store and said that he would address the problem, but there was no progress to a solution Miles, however, took the effort to search the inventory in other stores and found the part for me there.
