I gotta put an update . The Manager from the smithtown store is now in Sayville. She is simply the best... This store now has 5 stars
The colored guy Sean who claimed to be the store manager was very rude and not helpful
Staff is not friendly, largely due to them being overworked. Went to the Sayville store today to find a "be back in 15 minutes" sign. That was at 12 noon. Went back at 12:30 and when I walked in, the only person working there said "I am closing in a little while for lunch". I said I was just there and he had been away for 15 minutes. He got an attitude and said " I took a 5 minute break". He then proceeded to tell me icould go to another Leslies store "there are 21 of them on the island".
