service was not there at all,girl was on her phone and was not helpful at all. does not even deserve one star but had to post
Store sales kid couldn’t answer any questions, super sarcastic. Comically my worst experience in a store recently- when his Chick-Fil-A door dash arrived he walked away mid-sentence and played on his phone. Go to ANY of the other pool stores in town.
Went to Leslie’s for a part and they were closed. It showed they were open, no sign on the door, all the lights were on, but the door was locked and we couldn’t see anyone inside. We called and nobody answered. Someone else was there at the same time as us and they were confused as well. My husband has called to ask about a pool part and the person on the phone was rude and not helpful.
Seems like the folks workkng there don’t want to help customers. I only tried this place because the local suppliers who are all awesome at customer service had closed for the weekend. I will save the trip and just wait until Monday any time I need something for our pool in the future.
