Great customer service and everything you need for pool care.
Their website, automated phone message, and the sign on the door all say open til 6 PM. I showed up at 5:30 and the doors were locked. Judging by other reviews, this is a common occurrence. The few times I've actually been in the store, the one employee working seems bothered that there are customers in there. Sometimes Leslie's is the only option, but I try my best to avoid having to go to this location.
I visited the store and upon arrival it was like 100 degrees in that store I witnessed the poor girl working and sweating in such horrible conditions yet she still had a smile on her face and helped me as much as possible I’m thankful for her she is always there with a smile and helping hand.
I will never come here again. The girl working the counter was very rude. Didn't acknowledge me when I walked into the store. Scrolling on her phone. I walled up to the counter and asked me if I had a phone number. I said hi and informed her on greeting someone when they walked into the store, She proceeded to get very loud and ugly with me. She said I can take my business someplace else, so I will.
Barely ever open. Showed up during normal business hours and doors are locked, lights off, no one answering phones.
