Every time I go to this store I regret going. The older employees always act as if you are bothering them by your presence. The younger employees are only slightly better. On top of the subpar customer service, their customer tracking system doesn’t appear to the working as they can never find me in their system. Also; their phone system has been down for a while.Stay away from this store. I’m not even sure I would go to another Leslie’s. I’ve equated this store as reflective of the company culture.
Chemicals
I tried multiple times to call to see if they had a part but no one ever picks up. I wanted to buy locally but ended up going to Amazon.
They never answer the phone.
Ended up with two orders as the website was not working. They said it would be free shipping if you sign up and spend a certain amount we spent $197 times two and they added $35 shipping. They are not nice as you call them. Now we have to retun the heavy send which we were thinking it was nice to get delivered as its heavy.There are better companies.
