What a tragedy. We first came a month ago and Nick was super helpful in his explanation. We just went yesterday (8/9) and today, and the girl working there was absolutely rude. Glued to her phone and looking absolutely miserable, she did not communicate anything about our water test and how to remedy problems. No upselling and didn't say literally anything. People, please spend your money elsewhere as trash behavior like hers does not deserve your money or attention.
We have had a couple of very heavy rains in the Chicagoland area. Historically, when a lot of rain falls my pool turns green and it becomes a problem for the remainder of the season. I decided to visit Leslie pool last week when I opened the pool and they tested my water at no charge and sold me some recommended chemicals. After the 2 large rains, I decided to retest my water and ask Nick for advice on how to prevent the green from returning as my water was already slightly green. The only store that had fresh pool shock and it was 12.5%
Very helpful staff. Had every thing I need for my small pool.
