Horrible service they need help. Rude
Called to verify they had the filter I wanted in stock. Guy checked and said he had 2, but needed time to dig them out. I explained that I was opening my pool, and I'd be there in about an hour. That's when he told me it would be 2 days before he could get to it. He turned down over $700 in sales. I went to SPLASH POOLS in South Windsor, bought my filter and supplies ($800+) and now they will have all my pool business. Leslie's is too lazy to be customer oriented.
Great customer service. Had some good deals. Store is very clean and convenient.
I just called to get a quote on a 14,000 gallon, gunite, in-ground, complete filtration system with installation. The manager repeatedly asked me what I needed, and I said everything including a chlorinator. Then, he asked, "Do you need a motor?" I said "yes" and repeated that I need everything, an entire system, with installation. He asked, so you need a motor and a filter.
