Good customer service
Just parked after visiting Leslie's. The previous manager Jason had his employees explain what to do. Highlighting the bold print as to which option is specifically for me, dry or liquid acid? I was passed the paper. When I mentioned the use of a highlighter as an older method. I got "It is highlighted!" My replied "That's bold print!" When I asked "How much chlorine?" We love buying all of our pool needs here because of the amazing customer service we receive here each time. Zach is absolutely amazing, very friendly, helpful, and absolutely knowledgeable! We will not stop coming here, he always has an answer to all of our pool problems. Also love how clean and organized the store is. Please give him a raise! He deserves it!
