I found what I needed
Purchased a custom pool cover for $4k that THEY measured and installed.. as a returning customer, I Called to find out my pool dimensions because I need to calculate the pool size to convert to salt. Employee told me that he couldn’t release this information because of HIPAA laws. HOW DOES THIS MAKE SENSE. I respectfully asked him to repeat just so I didn’t mistake what he said and he literally reiterated that he’d be violating HIPAA laws lol. Now I’m getting a run around for a simple answer. I’m mind blown
So impressed with Carlin - she was juggling 8 different customers with such grace. She is a true asset to your store.
