Cameron did my filter breakdown.Knowledgeable, clean, neat, respectful. However, he was not able to finish the service. They don't allow him to have any parts on the truck. For an O-ring that cost $1.49 I have waited five weeks and they still have not come back to finish despite the fact that I have had two appointments which they have canceled on the day of, I have purchased the O-ring myself from Amazon and have it sitting here and no matter how many times I call to try and schedule him with the store, The rude female mana... read more
Cameron did my filter breakdown. He was great. Knowledgeable, clean, neat, respectful, on time & called when he was on his way. He had Superior knowledge of the equipment and respect for my property. I did not experience any of these qualities from the last company who did it. What a relief! The only downside was that Leslie's pool doesn't stock his truck with any parts so they have to come back with an O-ring. Seems silly for a two dollar piece of rubber, but the technician was excellent.
