What an idiotic store and services. I just showed them their own website saying the item available to pick up. However the staff said they don’t sell HTH products because it is a cheap product and I can go to HEB to buy HTH products. I am putting this for the management to see. & to the store guy, dude! if I needed I could go anywhere to buy any items you stock in your store. Bye ! never coming back.

This store is very unreliable. The last two times I’ve shown up during their posted business hours (they open at 10am and I’ve shown up at 11am and 130pm), the doors are locked and no sign is on the door. It’s extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone at this store, in person or by phone, and it continues to be a bad experience. Will take my business elsewhere.
I called inquiring about a replacement part that I learned Leslie's Pool Supplies no longer carries. Isaac was so great and went above and beyond in helping me. He took the time to look up the part number and advise where I would be able to buy the part. I was so grateful for his extra, unnecessary efforts. I had called the Georgetown location first and had a terrible experience with the employee just hanging up on me, more than once, when I asked if they carried that part.
