If there was an option for zero stars, I would have used it. I ordered a replacement spa cover a month ago and I am still dealing with customer service issues. Every day they say it’s resolved and every day I receive the same email that it is not resolved. Extremely frustrating. Will not be shopping with Leslie’s moving forward, which is a disappointment, as it is our local pool supply store.
We live in high-end apartments it took this company two years to refurbish our pool and hot tub and come to find out in the end the hot tub still doesn't work STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOLPLE 🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀
Very rude customer service, a guy named, Craig. I went in to ask about some chemicals for my pool and I wanted to show him a couple to see which would work best. He stood two isles away and was checking his phone, wouldnt look at the product, would not interact. Apparently I was inconveniencing him by trying to give the store business. Well, no thank you, I will find a another pool store.
