If i could give a 0 start I would, went there to buy a skimmer basket replacement and told the girl I wasn't sure if it would fit or not, she then told me oh go and tried if doesnt fit come back and return it. I went back and she ask me if I was in the system I said I dont think so, then she told me I couldn't return because I wasn't in the system. I said I have the card that I made the purchased with and she still didnt care. Dont use lesleys in billerica they by far the WORSE to help and being honest with people.

I bought a robotic pool vacuum from this location about 9 months ago. Within a month it stopped working. I brought it in and asked for a replacement but the best they could do is take it in for a diagnostic. After several days when they got around to it they told me I needed a new motor and it took weeks for it to arrive and be installed. Eight months later the same problem arose and after another diagnosis that it took days to get to, it needs another new motor.
