I brought a product in (different brand) and asked for the same thing. It was a basic product, but I am relatively new to maintaining a hot tub so am not an expert. The salesperson got me a product and told me this was the same thing (in their brand) and it was absolutely not, and has since damaged our tub to the point that we have to completely drain and refill. Do not recommend.

Update: Sept 13, 9.45 am. me and a couple of other folks are sitting in our cars in front of the store which is closed. It should have been open 45 min ago but it's not. I have never seen anything like this: no voicemail message when calling the store, no door sign, no Google My Business update for hours changing (?). Just didn't show up. Original Post. Went to Leslies today Billerica,MA store. Had bought a gasket for the chlorinator about 3 weeks ago it failed and needed another. So went in had them look in the computer and it was 23 days ago and asked if they had a warranty period for it and was told no. I get it it’s a gasket but it wasn’t very ago it failed chlorine ate right threw it so it was obviously defective and they charge $26 for something you can buy online in a 6 pack for $8 but we needed it for today. So I was nicely told I can buy another one for $26 or not.... read more
