The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. I go there at least 3 times a month to get my pool water tested.
Best customer service from anyone at Leslie's. Jocelyn is fantastic.
This Leslie’s Pool location consistently claims that they are unable to test water samples, which is frustrating and inconvenient. Each time I visit, there seems to be a different excuse—whether it’s an issue with their equipment. Reliable water testing is a key service, and it’s disappointing that this location cannot consistently provide it. I’ve had better experiences at other Leslie’s locations, so I’ve taken my business elsewhere.
