The cashier was very helpful with advice
Wonderful people with wonderful, caring service. We had an automated pool cleaner that stopped working. They fixed it under warranty and told us how to take better care of it in the future. Real service with a smile.
The general manager was very short and rude with me will not return she needs to learn customer service all over again and she’s the general manager.
The general manager was very helpful. He called around to other Leslie stores to help me find an above ground pump which are normally ordered online. Unfortunately I was having company. I did not have time for online shopping. I wanted a pump before my company came and it was not going to happen. Unfortunately most pool stores do not service above ground pools which is unfortunate
