Too bad your customer service person answering the phone cant answer any questions. I asked her if you do inserts as I want a pool next year. She didn't know and told me to go to your website. On to the next company that can answer a question. The least she could do is to offer to take my name and number and get someone to give me a call back. On to the next company.
They didn’t have what I needed plus they pretty much wouldn’t me walk around and look. They stood a few feet from me and followed me around. Had the impression they were concerned I was going to shop lift. I just left the store and have no intention of returning.
Very knowledgeable staff. Helped me with a stubborn algae problem.
They put a new part on my daughter’s pool that was defective , I had pooled filled and part broke . They were supposed to replace part a week ago. Still no part water is green . Cost to shock water 300.00 and customer service has not returned phone call. Terrible company I would not recommend them . Collegeville PA store
Spa was covered under warranty and hasn't worked in a year. Still waiting for the heater replacement. Initially they sent the wrong part, a new motor, when it was supposed to be the heater. They picked up the wrong part and never shipped the correct one. The manufacturing, My Life Warranty, said that Leslie is responsible for fulfilling the warranty & replacing the part because they sold spa. Next step is the Better Business Bureau.
