Brought in broken water vacuum. General manager was very knowledgeable and kind. Went above and beyond in fixing it. Just an overall great experience
The service is disappointing. No info can be found in system unless you keep a receipt. And if you are unfortunately run into a defect part, if it is not installed by them, the technician and store will denied to provide warrantee. The clark of the store was generally nice but are not helpful to solve problem.
