Our experience yesterday and today at Leslie‘s pool supply in Kernersville was fantastic! John did an amazing job of helping us realize what our water issue is. He did this while also letting other customers know he would be right with them. He represented the company well!!!!!
The manager, John went out of his way to help me find a replacement pump for my pool.
I hate giving low ranking reviews, but this one couldn't be avoided. I walked into this store (and one at another location) as a complete newbie to pools. I had an issue with my water having a green/yellow tint, but it was clear as could be with obviously no algae present. (no cloudiness, no slime) I had used well water to fill my pool which I knew had iron in it. Everything I researched online pointed to the chlorine reacting with the iron and oxidizng.
