I hate leaving negative reviews, but my experiences at Leslie’s Pool Store in Weymouth have been consistently disappointing. Calling the store is almost pointless because the phone rarely gets answered. When I’ve gone in person, the staff has often come across as unfriendly and unhelpful rather than welcoming or customer focused. LESLIE POOLS is a one stop shop, they have all the chemicals and parts and floats you will ever need. the store is neat , clean, and very organized. it is a perfect location right off the highway. i went on a lunch break with a pic of my hayward filter and the staff could not have been any more helpful. they looked up parts and bent over backwards to help me and direct me in the right direction. they are very well trained in pools and how pumps work. they are very kind and patient and truly cared about their customers. steve... read more
Great experience here. I went in not really knowing what I needed, and Steve, the manager, helped me figure it out. He recommended a neutralizer for my pool and explained exactly how to use it and why it would fix the issue. It actually worked, and I didn’t feel like he was just trying to sell me extra stuff. Super helpful and made everything easy. I’ll definitely be back.
