Wanted to give our guy Steven A a shout out for outstanding customer service. This guy took the time to look for supplies for me. I have been to 4 different stores (unfortunately my experience was not good at all!) and I just want recognize and acknowledge his attention to exactly what I was looking for and NEEDED! The store near me closed, already making returns inconvenient. When I finally went to return a brand-new, unused $130 item, the staff refused — even though I wasn’t asking for a refund, just store credit. I had been misinformed by a previous sales associate, yet there was no customer support or assistance anywhere in the store.
