The store near me closed, already making returns inconvenient. When I finally went to return a brand-new, unused $130 item, the staff refused — even though I wasn’t asking for a refund, just store credit. I had been misinformed by a previous sales associate, yet there was no customer support or assistance anywhere in the store. i always come to this store and get help from Austin, when he wasn’t there the “assistant manager” Leslie offered to help me. I don’t understand how they have someone in management who knows little to nothing about what she’s talking about. She is completely unprofessional - on a separate occasion she was crying at work due to not being knowledgeable. The company clearly doesn’t care about its customers if they’re allowing her to spread misinformation. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

Outstanding service from Bill, the manager!. He fixed my Polaris and refused any payment. This is despite him having to go to another store to pick up a part for my unit.
