Not sure but Leslie's seems to be struggling, every location I've been seems to only have 1 person working. That can be hard and a long wait if you do have questions and not purchasing products.
Knowledgeable friendly staff
I purchased three items from this store for my brother to which 2 of 3 items were wrong I was told that they normally don't do returns because of some law in regards to the chemicals; luckily the assistant manager who helped me the first time was still there when I returned for a refund. Both the General Manager Ethan as well as the Assistant Manager Terry were absolutely phenomenal .
