I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Leslie’s Pool Store in Quakertown was honestly one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. My boyfriend’s family has been super busy lately and the pool has kind of been put on the backburner between life stuff going on. This location clearly cannot answer a phone to save their lives called the 1800 and I rather listen to constant ringing then to deal with that customer support again.
Stopped in to get some spa clarifier. Glad we have a local place where we can get what we need. Great customer service.
Not sure but Leslie's seems to be struggling, every location I've been seems to only have 1 person working. That can be hard and a long wait if you do have questions and not purchasing products.
