After having a very disappointing experience at another Leslie’s Pool location, I decided to visit the Longwood store, and I’m so glad I did. Dylan provided outstanding customer service from the moment I walked in. He took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all of my questions, and explained everything clearly without making me feel rushed. Great little shop tucked nicely in Wekiva Springs. If you’re a pro like me get a commercial account for wholesale pricing. Having a Leslies account allows me to purchase supplies on the weekends when the regular pool wholesalers are closed. I work weekends to help local homeowners out so it’s a big win for me.
Great service. Great place for getting water tests. Personnel very knowledgeable and helpful
My pool turned green just about every third week no matter what I did. I started going to Leslie’s and my pool has been the bluest ever since. They have been so helpful and explain everything and answer all my questions and are exceptionally pleasant to work with. So glad I found them and no longer see green!
