I had a really disappointing experience at Leslie’s Pool Supplies tonight. I did arrive close to closing time, and I understand that can be frustrating, but I planned to be quick. As soon as I walked in, the employee gave me a rude look. When I explained what I was there for, he audibly scoffed and said “Jesus!” which completely caught me off guard. Kevin is amazing. We moved to FL from CO having never owned an outdoor closed lanai. We’ve been dialed in weekly by his expertise and knowledge. Works like a dog and has great service. He’s one of the biggest reasons are pool is in great shape weekly.
