Larissa is very knowledgeable and helpful. She goes above and beyond to help you understand what you need for your pool cleaners and your pool. I highly recommend going to this location just because of her.
Went to Leslies because my pool cleaner stopped working. Larissa was awesome. She immediately broke into the unit and diagnosed the problem. She ordered the parts which came in quickly. She followed up with me daily and set expectations. She reassembled the unit with new parts today. Larissa, you are amazing! Always ask for Larissa!!
I feel bad for the poor guy that’s been working by himself Open to close for the last week really shows how Leslie’s values there employees and there safety
Staff here is always rude, they treat you like you’re bothering them and then expect you to be happy back. Zero stars horrible location. Staff needs to be trained better on customer service.
