Larissa is very knowledgeable and helpful. She goes above and beyond to help you understand what you need for your pool cleaners and your pool. I highly recommend going to this location just because of her.

Went to Leslies because my pool cleaner stopped working. Larissa was awesome. She immediately broke into the unit and diagnosed the problem. She ordered the parts which came in quickly. She followed up with me daily and set expectations. She reassembled the unit with new parts today. Larissa, you are amazing! Always ask for Larissa!!

I guess the dude didn’t feel like serving a customer. Pulled up a few minutes to close and hit & he was outside talking but saw me getting out the car. He greeted me then proceeded to go in to close the door. I asked “oh you’re closed” and he says well yea at 6. I look at my phone and it says 5:59pm. So I proceed to ask where I can get some shock as that’s all I needed and he says Walmart. Cool bud, I will take mg business elsewhere.
